Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Disclosure

By checking the consent boxes on our lead form and providing your telephone number to Alison Handley, a sole proprietor doing business as Fit After 40 Wellness, you are providing your express written consent to be contacted by Fit After 40 Wellness or its designated representatives for non-emergency transactional and marketing communications under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws.

Consent to receive these communications is voluntary and is NOT required as a condition of purchasing any services or programs from Fit After 40 Wellness.

You have the right to revoke your consent and opt out of receiving communications at any time:

• SMS/Text Messages: Reply STOP to any text message received from us to immediately unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular service provider plan. Fit After 40 Wellness is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including phone numbers and consent data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
